Items on sale are final sales and sold “As Is” – no returns. Installed lights or ceiling fans are non-returnable. Authorized returns must be in original packaging, uninstalled, with no writing on the boxes. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the freight to ship the product back. All custom/customized fixtures are non-returnable/non-cancellable.
